SHIPPING POLICIES:
In-Stock Items
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped from Napa Valley, CA usually within one to three business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
Keep in mind that we cannot ship on weekends or holidays. All orders that are placed on Friday will not be shipped until the next business day of the following week. You will receive a notification email with the tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping time may vary dependent on destination and the weather.
Mark + Michiko is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. We will do our best to assist you with getting a resolution from the carrier.
Made-to-Order/Pre-Orders
Made-to-order or pre-order items will take extra time, please check with Mark + Michiko prior to purchase.

Domestic Orders
Mark + Michiko offers UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and Overnight Services within the 48 contiguous states on orders under $5,000. Items over $5K will be shipped 2 Day air with insurance and signature confirmation. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please call 707.312.3381 or email us if you wish to ship to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories with the delivery address and item (s) of interest to receive a quote. The customer is responsible for the destination country’s duties, customs and any other fees for international shipments. Mark + Michiko is not responsible for any international transit/custom delays.
International Orders
Please call 707.312.3381 or email us if you wish to ship internationally with the delivery address and item(s) of interest to receive a quote. Insurance
All orders are shipped and insured with tracking information. Orders over $2,500 require and come with signature for delivery. If you opt out of Signature Required at checkout, you assume the responsibility for your delivery.
Packing Peanuts
We often use packing peanuts in our packaging. They are made of biodegradable corn starch.
LOCAL DELIVERY:
Mark + Michiko offer a local delivery throughout Napa Valley. Simply choose LOCAL DELIVERY as your shipping method when checking out. We do not offer local delivery during holidays and Sundays. Delivery orders must meet $500 minimum.
Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance between customer's shipping address and store location. Local delivery cost is non refundable and additional fees may apply.
Please provide a phone number upon checkout. We will communicate with you via text or call to confirm a delivery day and time based on availability. Please understand we cannot guarantee same day delivery. We will contact you to ensure that you will be home during the delivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to notify us where and how your package is to be delivered.
RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Returns
Items in their original, unused condition are eligible for return or exchange for store credit within 14 days of their delivery according to their tracking receipt with approval issued by Mark + Michiko. Store credit does not expire.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that the safe arrival of returned products is also the responsibility of the customer. If an item is returned without prior approval, or if an item arrives and does not meet our return policy requirements, we have the right to deny a return or exchange.
All international returns or exchanges, shipping costs, return shipping costs, taxes or duties paid for customs are non-refundable.
We advise to use a reliable carrier with the insurance and the tracking to return packages.
Damaged Items
All damaged orders must be documented with photographs (damaged items, inside box with wrapping and outer shipping boxes) and report to us via email within 72 hours of delivery. Please keep the original packaging material until the claims are submitted to the carrier.
All missing or lost orders must be notified to us through email within 7 days of expected delivery date.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
We are unable to cancel or change made-to-order or pre-order purchases once they have been confirmed. Non made-to-order or pre-order purchases, we can cancel your order as long as it has not shipped.
